We do not accept returns of
food items. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please

You must contact us via email within 3 days of
delivery (day package is received is day one) and return your purchased
item(s) within 14 days of the date of sale. Contact
sales@treasuredtreatsgiftbaskets.com for the return address and Return
Authorization number. Do not mail your purchase to
TREATUREDTREATSGIFTBASKETS.
If you are approved for return the following must
be met: The gift must be UNOPENED and UNDAMAGED, must be returned at customers
expense, must include RA#, If these requirements have been met we will issue
your choice of a prompt replacement, refund or store credit at
sales@treasuredtreatsgiftbaskets.com.
Incorrect Address:
All orders must be complete with the correct verifiable address, city, state
and zip code. Treasured Treats Gift Baskets will not be responsible for a gift
being mis-delivered or delivered late when a bad address is supplied. We
cannot guarantee quality of the product, when customer gives bad address, and
the package is held over by shipper.We will ship to the address supplied on
the order.
Damages: Please contact shipper to initiate
a clam with the carrier. If the carrier pays the claim to us we will reimburse
you up to the value of the product and original shipping. We are unable to
issue you a credit until the claim has been paid to us. Normal waiting time is
4 – 6 weeks. The credit if any will be applied to the credit card on which the
product was originally purchased.
Substitution Policy
Treasured
Treats will make every effort to supply products as represented on our
website. Upon an occasion, it may be necessary to substitute containers or
ingredients to fill your order. Treasured Treats will not be required to make
an adjustment or to communicate to customer that
a substitution was necessary.
You are responsible for return shipping charges
only, plus insurance to cover loss in transit. Your refund or credit will
equal the purchase
price, plus tax and delivery charges. Please
